Der seit Jahrzehnten in der Oral- und MKG-Chirurgie mit hervorragendem Erfolg verwendete autologe Knochen hat keine Lobby. Ist der Einsatz von Eigenknochen, der in einem Zweiteingriff erst „geerntet“ werden muss, angesichts dessen noch zeitgemäß?
