Dr Mario Roccuzzo is a lecturer in periodontics in the division of maxillofacial surgery of the University of Turin in Italy and an adjunct clinical assistant professor in the Department of Periodontics and Oral Medicine of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in Ann Arbor in the US. He maintains a private practice specialising in periodontics and implantology in Turin. He is co-author of the recent ITI Treatment Guide: Peri-Implant Soft-Tissue Integration and Management (Quintessence, 2020) and has been invited to lecture in 45 countries. Dr Roccuzzo is an International Team for Implantology fellow, a past chair of the Italian section, a member of the Leadership Development Committee and an International Team for Implantology study club director in Turin.
